Shipping

The shipping method for $9.99 flat rate shipping will be determined by Pangea Reptile. We reserve the right to use USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our sole discretion. If you require a different specific carrier you can select other carrier options, but the flat rate will not apply. $9.99 flat rate shipping applies to the contiguous United States. 

We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the Post Office. These include Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day.

Remember, carriers don't count the pickup day as a "Business Day". For example: If your order is shipped on a Monday and you select Expedited 2-3 Day Shipping, you may not receive your package until Wednesday or Thursday. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days.

Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day unless there is an issue with your order or address, in which case we will contact you to resolve the problem.

You are responsible for providing us with the correct address. If your order has to be reshipped due to an error on your part you will be responsible for any additional cost. If you notice a mistake in your address after you place your order, you must contact us to change it. Once an order is placed, updating your profile will not change it on the order. Updating your address in PayPal will not update it for our store.

Some dry goods products qualify for free shipping. Products that qualify for Free Shipping will ship through a ground carrier of Pangea’s choice based on package size, weight, distance, and other factors. Free shipping is only available to addresses in the contiguous US.

The following are not eligible for free shipping:

Wholesale Orders
Products in the Large & Fragile Category: All T5 Bulbs, Wood Decor Products, Enclosures (including kits with enclosures)

International Orders

We ship most of our products to just about everywhere in the world. International shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process before you submit your payment. International shipping charges are an estimate and are subject to evaluation prior to shipping. If we determine that the shipping charges calculated are incorrect we will contact you with the necessary information. You can choose to pay the amount due for shipping or you can cancel your order for a full refund.

All electronics are designed to work on 120v. Use without a transformer voids any warranties and we are not responsible for any damage caused by operating at the incorrect voltage.

Products that we cannot ship outside of the U.S.

Glass Terrariums
Liquids (disinfectant, shed aid, wound healing aid, Reptisafe water conditioner, etc)
Extremely Heavy Items
Medications
Linear Fluorescent Bulbs and Fixtures

In some cases, an import tax is assessed to the buyer by the importer's customs agency. We are not able to guarantee that you will not be charged an import tax.

Please make sure that the items you order are legal in your country. We cannot be responsible for items confiscated by foreign customs agencies.

We use a reliable third-party shipper for all exports. Costs vary. Please CONTACT US to arrange gecko exports.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for any damages or losses during transit for international transactions.
